Wedding Management Package
We will handle the coordination for the rehearsal, wedding day and reception so you are free to enjoy the special day.
- Coordinate ceremony rehearsal (distribute detail wedding day itinerary to wedding party, family and attendants)
- Collect all items needed for wedding day.
- Confirm all details with vendors
- Confirm final payments were received
- Liaison between wedding party, family and vendors
- Provide Bridal Emergency Kit
- Oversee vendors arrival and set-up
- Distribute bouquet and pin on corsages
- Décor set up for ceremony and reception
- Manage the flow and timing of ceremony
- Line up wedding party for reception grand entrance
- Collect all wedding items and gifts and deliver to site or designated person
Partial Event You Package
For the couple who takes a hands on approach and spent time in planning but would like assistance on the wedding day so you can enjoy your beautiful event.
Includes all services in Event Coordination and Wedding Management packages as well as the following below.
- Client/planner contact (monthly event emails update status)
- Venue selection/site visits
- Provide a preferred vendors list
- Review vendors contracts
- Assist with catering/menu selection
- Review budget
- Confirm all aspects/arrangement with venue and vendors
- Provide detail checklist and timeline for all vendors
- Assist with final wedding dress fittings
- Coordinate dinner rehearsal, ceremony and reception
- Create detail wedding day itinerary
Full Wedding Planning Package
This full customized design package is to support and guide the couple on their special journey. We want you to enjoy not only the wedding, but the journey along the way.
Includes all services in Event Coordination, Wedding Management and Partial Event You packages as well as the following below.
- Unlimited client/planner contact (monthly check in emails to ensure the planning is running smoothly.
- Budget management
- Coordinate invitation services (printing/postage not included)
- Track guest counts and RSVP’s
- Assist with hotel blocks for out-of-town guest
- Create welcome gift bags for out-of-town guest (does not include cost of supplies)
